A deposit may be required in order to hold the participants spot in a class or workshop. Payments must be paid in full by dates specified in descriptions/ advertisements for individual classes and workshops.  Once paid in full, you may cancel up to 7 days in advance of the event and receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Within 7 days of the event, you will receive a 50% refund. Within 48 hours of the class or workshop, your full payment is non-refundable . In cases of medical emergency, a doctor's note may be submitted and credit will be given toward a future class or workshop.



We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule for any reason. This way, someone else can take your spot as there is a waiting list. If you need to cancel on the day-of, you will be charged for the day.

Payments are due in full on or before the first day of your lesson pack or individual (non package) coachings/lesson.




A deposit is required to hold your spot for shooting headshots or a video. You may cancel or reschedule up to 7 days in advance for a full refund. Within a week of the event, you will not be refunded your deposit but can use it toward another PCI service in the future. If you need to cancel within 24 hours you will be charged a same day cancellation fee of $75 plus your deposit.
